The Department of Physics and staff are committed to providing the best education for our students. The Department offers courses that lead to the B.S., M.S., and Ph.D. degrees. The undergraduate program is structured with the assumption that the student may continue his or her education towards an M.Sc. and a Ph.D. degree in Physics. The Department therefore admits about forty students every year. The program enables the student to attain a basic of physics and at the same time provides teaching a basic background in all areas of physics to other department of the faculties.
